The best customer service technician is the one you never see. Our software-based architecture allows us to remotely diagnose and resolve issues over the internet or telephone. This significantly minimizes system downtime and the impact on department productivity. If the Scan Engine requires service it can be sent directly to our Service Department for repair and exchange of a loaner via overnight courier within 24 hours.

Service Maintenance agreements are available for ongoing system maintenance, access to our help desk, software upgrades, access to new clinical applications and new advanced imaging processing capabilities, and discounts on accessories.
