  • Provides replacement parts, overnight loaner delivery
  • Covers on-site service for cart repairs
  • Includes free-of-charge software upgrades
  • Includes accidental damage protection for both transducer(s) - Includes damage protection for all transducers - AND scan engine
  • Includes theft protection for both transducer AND scan engine

 

 

Platinum:

Complete coverage designed to maximize your investment and clinical utility

  • Provides replacement parts, overnight loaner delivery
  • Covers on-site service for cart repairs
  • Includes free-of-charge software upgrades
  • Includes accidental damage protection for transducer(s) - limited to one transducer per system, per year

 

 

Basic/Shared:

Combines efficiency and economy by facilitating immediate response from your technical staff, backed by support from ZONARE

  • Provides replacement parts, overnight loaner delivery
  • Leverages in-house Biomedical/Clinical Engineering personnel to provide on site support
  • Includes free-of-charge software upgrades
  • Includes accidental damage protection for transducer(s) - limited to one transducer per system, per year
