1 Software Upgrades - consist of software changes, improvements, or enhancements that enable the Z.ONE to perform in accordance with the product specifications defined at the time of equipment purchase (see product specifications document). Upgrades do not include new software features or new hardware (when additional hardware is specifically required to run the software). Software upgrades are offered at the sole discretion of ZONARE Medical Systems.

2 Spare part coverage excludes: scan engine battery, USB flash, Z-pack Cart Battery, etc.

3 Accidental Damage Coverage - Provides replacement coverage for one transducer per year. Each additional replacement for damage will be $550 for minor repair (i.e. broken or bent connector pins) or $2,750 for major repair (i.e. cut cable, cracked housing, etc). Requires system coverage. Not sold separately.

4 Transducer Damage Coverage - Provides replacement coverage for all damage events. Limited to the number of transducers covered on the contract each year (i.e. coverage for 4 transducers would allow four replacements for damage each year). Requires system coverage. Not sold separately.

5 Transducer Replacements - Allows customer to select the number of probe replacements per year (i.e. 25 transducers but only want coverage for 5 replacements). Requires system coverage. Not sold separately.

6 Theft reimbursement requires a copy of the police report.

Warranty is the equipment guarantee against failure for the first 12 months after installation. This includes equipment repair and software upgrades. Scan Engine and Transducer Damage & Theft coverage can be purchased separately for coverage during the warranty period.
Spare Part Warranty is the guarantee against failure for the first 90 days after shipment.
