Hardware Engineer - Senior
Description

Responsibilities
The senior hardware engineer will collaborate with other design engineers on the design and development of various analog and digital hardware interfaces for Zonare's medical products. The successful candidate will be an experienced and proven energetic self-starter, eager to learn, eager to produce and deliver.
RequiredSkills
- BSEE degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience (MSEE preferred)
- Hands on experience with test equipment such as: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, function generators and logic analyzers essential, engineering test development, manufacturing test development
- Experience in USB, PCI, DDR, FPGA, digital circuit design, microprocessor control, digital signal processing, sensor interfaces, filters, power supply, analog circuits and operational amplifiers
- Experience in guiding PWB layout designers to produce board designs for high speed, high voltage, low noise, DFM, DFT as well as EMI minimization
- Knowledge of OrCAD schematic capture desired
- Medical Device design experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional team oriented approach to work
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
- Able to work in an environment where priorities and tasks can change on short notice
